Service Cancellation
Customers may cancel their service request before the technician is dispatched.
Once a technician has been assigned and dispatched to the service location, applicable inspection or visit charges may apply.
To cancel a service request, customers should contact our support team as early as possible.
Technician Visit Charges
A technician inspection or home visit charge may be applicable depending on the service location and nature of the complaint.
Visit charges cover diagnosis, inspection, and technical assessment services and are generally non-refundable once the technician visit has been completed.
Repair Estimates
Repair cost estimates provided through phone calls, WhatsApp, or website inquiries are preliminary estimates only.
The final repair cost can be determined only after physical inspection and diagnosis of the television by our technician.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered in the following situations:
Duplicate payments made by the customer.
Payments collected in error.
Service cancellation approved before technician dispatch.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period.
Non-Refundable Services
The following charges are generally non-refundable:
Technician inspection charges after the visit has been completed.
Diagnostic and fault-finding charges.
Labour charges for completed repair work.
Successfully installed spare parts and components.
Spare Parts and Replacements
If replacement parts are installed during the repair process, customers will be informed before the work is carried out.
Once replacement parts have been installed and the repair has been successfully completed, refunds will generally not be available except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Warranty-Related Claims
If a repair or replacement part is covered under a service warranty, customers should contact DC Centre for inspection and verification before requesting any refund.
Warranty claims will be handled according to the warranty terms provided on the service invoice.
Processing Time
Approved refunds may take several business days to process depending on the payment method and banking procedures.
